Tech Hands founder Matthew is a Microsoft Certified computer technician who has many years IT support experience in a variety of roles from Helpdesk Support through to System Administration. He has worked in a variety of industries including Managed Services, ISP Helpdesk, Web Development, School IT Support, Healthcare and as an onsite Computer Technician for one of Australia’s largest onsite / in-home IT companies.
