Remote Support
Remote assistance is where we log onto your PC and troubleshoot over the internet.
This can be a quick and affordable way of resolving your technical problem.
Remote sessions are billed in 15 min increments and requires you have a working internet connection
Back to Base Jobs
Tech Hands has a workshop located in Brookvale where you can drop your device or we can collect and return to you.
Back to base rates are lower than onsite making this the recommended action for jobs that are going to take a while to complete.
Common back to base services include:
• Upgrade slow or failing Hard Drive to fast SSD
• Data Recovery
• Virus / Adware Removal
• Installation / re-installation of Operating System
• Setup new computer
• Hardware Upgrades and replacements: Memory, DVD, Graphics Card, Mainboards, Power Supply, CPU.
